What is the status of my order?

As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking link so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep.

Why was my order canceled?

This only happens rarely, usually if an item sold out before your order processed, or if payment couldn’t be verified. If it does happen, you’ll be notified right away and refunded in full.

Can I change or cancel my order?

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders can take up to an additional 3-7 business days to arrive.

What happens if my package can’t be delivered or is returned?
